MLJD creates residential indoor and outdoor spaces with modern style, conveniences, and technologies that reflect the personality of the homeowner, ensuring their wants, needs and vision are met. We strive for honesty and team collaboration with clients throughout our process and only work with trusted industry partners who can ensure that sustainable practices and products will be used.
WHO IS MOLLY?
As principal designer at MJLD, I am passionate about helping others realize the design potential in their homes and thoroughly enjoy the process of working with people to create comfortable, functional environments. I first fell in love with the design process while remodeling two 100-year-old homes of my own from attic to basement. I loved it so much that after dual careers in event planning and family captaining, I went back to school to receive a degree in interior design. I have since become a certified kitchen and bath designer through the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
My other passion is landscape design. I have studied plants and plant combinations my entire adult life and have found that creating gardens for clients offers them a source of joy and a peaceful setting to escape the stress of their daily lives.
My projects range from slight remodels to major structural renovations of homes and landscapes. I ensure the installation is meticulous and not obtrusive to your life, partnering with trusted architects and contractors to bring your inspiration to fruition.
